Join us for the 13th Annual FORE! Our Parks golf tournament and bike ride at Waveland Golf Course. This is a great opportunity to support Des Moines’ parks while learning about the economic, environmental, health and recreational benefits they provide central Iowans.

EVENT DETAILS
Get ready to have a blast and make a real difference for our Des Moines' parks and recreation spaces. By taking part in the annual FORE! Our Parks event, you’re helping deliver projects and programs that thousands of neighbors rely on. Proceeds from this event go right back into the community by supporting improvements like new trail signage, updated equipment in our community centers, public art in our parks, and many other enhancements that keep our shared spaces safe, welcoming, and fun for all.
Whether you're teeing off for 18 holes or rolling out for 18 miles, you're in for a fun afternoon! After the excitement on the course and the trails, everyone's invited to stay for some Fat Joe's pizza, prizes, and camaraderie!
GOLF WITH US
Join us for an afternoon round at historic Waveland Golf Course to benefit parks, trails and recreational programming. The cost to golf is $700 per foursome. Price includes two drink tickets, event giveaways, and pizza after the round.

Noon: Golf shotgun / bike check-in begins
1:00 p.m. Bike ride leaves Waveland

BIKE WITH US
Join us for fun-filled day on the Des Moines trail system. Enjoy trail bucks to spend at each refreshment stops along the 18-mile loop. The cost to bike is $75 per biker or register as a pair for $125. Price includes three drink tickets, event giveaways, and pizza after the ride.
Participant Waiver
By registering for and participating in the FORE! Our Parks golf outing and bike ride, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Permission to Participate, Release & Waiver of Liability and Photos, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement. Bicycle helmets are required to be worn by all participants riding a bicycle. Friends of Des Moines Parks will not be held liable if participants choose not to wear a helmet.
